How to check your Dorm booking status

An automatic email is sent to you once you've done a Dorm reservation, but also, you need to access your own portal site for checking your room availability.
NB: The room number is fixed in the early morning of your check in day.

1) log in to the above web site with your ID (email address) & your changed password.
2) "usage confirmation"-->"1. Lodging & traveling----"
3) (main page) click your "reservation No."
4) your booking status & room number appear.
NB: You take a room key from Dorm caretaker (∼22:00) or KEK information center (22:00∼).

 

Where to pay for the Dorm fee

The payment counter is not at the Dorm, but Users Office which is in a building called "KEK International Center".

Cash required?

Credit card is available whichever you are staying in KEK Dorm or Urban hotel, but you'd better bring some CASH for taking a bus, taxi, and also for having meals!
