Lunch/Party

1) The party will be held on March 19 evening and all participants are expected to attend. The price per person will be 2200 yens. If you can't attend, please email us as soon as possible (at least before friday) so that we can organize the party.

2) Since March 20 is national holiday in Japan, all on-site cafeterias/shops will be closed. We will provide the lunch (bento) for an additional amount of 800 yens for the interested participants.

3) We will provide (some) pastry in the morning of 20th but if you like a big breakfast, please eat at the hotel or contact us in advance if you stay in the dorm. We might be able to suggest what you can do.

2200 yen and 800 yen must be paid in cash (Japanese yen).

In summary, if you don't send any requests for us, we will assume that you will attend the party but don't need bento on 20th March. If you have any other queries regarding the party, and/or bento, please email us by Friday.
